Hi, I'm Zuri — a digital artist, surface pattern designer, and creative storyteller based in Louisiana with roots in Puerto Rico. Inspired by the quiet poetry of nature, the rich culture of the South, and the nostalgia woven into everyday life, I create thoughtfully detailed patterns that bring warmth, meaning, and beauty into the spaces we live in.
My work blends hand-drawn charm with modern digital tools, especially Adobe Illustrator and Procreate. Whether it’s botanicals, delicate watercolor florals, cozy textures, or vibrant motifs, each pattern is designed to evoke emotion and tell a story — one that feels both personal and timeless.
What I Do
Surface Pattern Design: I design original repeating patterns for fabric, wallpaper, home décor, and stationery. Many of my designs are available through my Spoonflower shop, where you’ll find collections that celebrate earthy palettes, vintage charm, and everyday wonder.
Blogging & Tutorials: Through my blog, Zuri Angelloz Digital Art, I share digital art tutorials, tips for aspiring surface pattern designers, and insights into my creative process. My goal is to empower other artists and hobbyists to confidently explore their own style while navigating tools like Procreate, adobe illustrator and affinity designer.
Licensing & Collaboration: I'm currently expanding into art licensing and welcome collaborations with brands looking for nature-inspired, emotionally rich designs for textiles, home goods, and lifestyle products.
